Group Classes

We truly can lift each other up. All it takes is a little conscious attention to detail, and a shared vision of providing service to each other and humanity. Once we are capable with our bodies and feeling strong and healthy in our minds, we can connect to a force greater than ourselves. It then comes naturally that we extend a hand to help others who may need a little support. The foundation of yoga is this fundamental inter-connection of all living things.

Traditional Thai Massage

Nuad Boran (Northern) Thai Massage is usually practice in a group setting, where many people work in a large room. The Thai people often massage their own family and relations, and the more skillful practitioners may offer their services out of a temple. It’s the first line of support for anyone suffering from fatigue, stress or tension and a great way to make friends and enjoy a gentle therapeutic session. Easy to learn and exchange, Thai Massage is a fun and safe way to connect to others in a group setting.

Partner and Acro Yoga

Partner Yoga is a fun way to strengthen your body while supporting and assisting others. This requires a higher skill competency, with an emphasis on therapeutic exchange rather that performative acrobatics.

Acro Yoga is a powerful practice where flyer and base work together to perform ‘flows’ of movements. It is a more advanced form of yoga that bridges into many forms of gymnastics and performance art.

Both are so much fun to learn and practice!
